Final testing continues
Since our last update in August, our iOS beta testers have been using Future every day. Every piece of feedback counts: a misplaced button, an unclear message, a capsule that takes a second too long to load... Everything is noted, analyzed and fixed, version after version.
Full audits before release
Because your memories deserve the greatest care, we have launched a series of audits covering all of Future: our servers, the iOS app and the website. They focus on three areas.
Security. Protection of accounts and sessions, strict control over who can see what, secure uploads of photos and videos, and time locks that only open at the right moment.
Performance. Loading times, data usage and smoothness of the app, even with hundreds of capsules.
Reliability. How the app behaves during a network outage, an update of our servers, or on a tablet shared by the whole family.
Every issue found gets a fix, which is tested and then deployed. Several improvements are already ready: password confirmation for sensitive actions, stronger protection of your future members' profiles thanks to their birth date, and a faster app at startup.
Goal: a smooth launch
Our priority is simple: Future must be fast, reliable and safe from day one, with as few bugs as possible. These audits are the last step before opening to the public, still planned before 2027.
